We're Hiring: Purchase Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Noida (In-office)

At The Cinnamon Kitchen, we're building one of India's fastest-growing premium bakery brands. We're looking for an experienced Purchase Manager who can lead procurement across ingredients, packaging, bakery machinery, and operational supplies while driving cost efficiencies and ensuring uninterrupted production.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment required for our manufacturing operations.

What you'll own

- Manage end-to-end procurement of bakery ingredients, packaging materials, consumables, and operational supplies
- Source and procure bakery machinery, equipment, and spare parts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Identify new vendors and negotiate the best commercial terms
- Drive cost optimization without compromising on quality or timelines
- Ensure timely procurement to support production schedules
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Finance teams for smooth operations
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and service levels
- Maintain purchase records, contracts, and procurement documentation
- Track market trends and identify alternate sourcing opportunities





What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within the Food Manufacturing or Bakery industry
- Experience in sourcing bakery ingredients, packaging materials, bakery machinery, and production equipment
- Strong vendor development and supplier management experience
- Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen with a proven track record of cost optimization
- Understanding of inventory planning and procurement processes
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
