Role Summary:




The Customer Experience Executive will manage the front office operations at our Experience Centre while supporting the sales team through customer engagement and pre-sales coordination.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, maintain a professional appearance, and create a warm and welcoming experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Customer Experience
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience from arrival until handover to the sales.
• Maintain the reception area and experience centre to company standards.
• Manage visitor registrations and customer records.
• Handle incoming phone calls and customer enquiries.

Pre-Sales Support
• Understand customer requirements and perform initial lead qualification.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and appointments.
• Support lead management and customer communication.

Administrative Support
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Maintain daily visitor logs and documentation.
• Assist with basic office coordination activities as required.

Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in front office, customer relations, pre-sales, or real estate.
• Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.

Preferred:
• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience in customer-facing or pre-sales roles.

Compensation: 6 to 8 LPA
