About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer & Animator to bring our mobile app and brand to life through engaging, high-quality animations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design, UI animations, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to create smooth, up-to-date, and premium animations for both the app and social media.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and create high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations.
* Create engaging animations for the mobile app, including:
* Onboarding screens
* Splash screens
* UI transitions
* Micro-interactions
* Loading animations
* Feature demonstrations
* In-app promotional animations
* Produce promotional videos and animated content for social media.
* Collaborate with the UI/UX and product team to create seamless user experiences.
* Maintain consistency with the app’s branding and design language.
* Optimize animations for mobile performance without compromising quality.
* Deliver assets in multiple formats suitable for Android, iOS, and marketing platforms.
* Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Animation.
* Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, and promotional videos.
* Proficiency in:
* Adobe After Effects
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Photoshop




* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Figma
* Lottie (Bodymovin)
* Knowledge of animation principles, timing, easing, and storytelling.
* Experience creating animations for mobile applications.
* Understanding of responsive design and mobile UI/UX.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional work.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with Rive animations.
* Basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D.
* Experience creating app explainer videos.
* Understanding of branding and visual identity.
* Familiarity with exporting assets for developers (JSON/Lottie, GIF, MP4, SVG).
