Roles & Responsibilities:

Channel Development / Channel Management

- Appoint distributors, dealers & trade partners in the region
- Set sales targets and monitor performance of distributors
- Determine scheme and incentive entitlements based on performance
- Organise meetings, conferences and other promotional events for channel partners the region

Product Approvals and Business Development

- Engage with various authorities, projects, builders, contractors, interior designers, Architects etc. to get Birla Pivot products approved.
- Organise samples, mock-ups, showroom visits for prospective and existing customers as necessary
- Drive the revenue objectives for Birla Pivot products by acquiring recent customers, and upselling to existing ones.
- Connect Birla Pivot sales team with customers who have approved the product for onward enquiry process management
- Relationship management by continuously interacting with prospective clients and regular buyers.

Commercial Management





- Planning and monitoring of sales targets
- Follow up on payment as per collection plan
- Competition benchmarking
- Providing inputs for/validation of channel sales MIS

Customer Experience Enhancement

- Seek product feedback including visiting in progress and completed projects
- Troubleshoot and fulfilment issues
- Resolve any quality issues with speed and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- MBA with 6-8 years of experience in Project & Channel Sales of building materials.
- Experience in Flooring and Interior segment in building construction Material Industry.
- Connect with Interior Designers/ Architects/ Developers/ Contractors / HNI clients
- Strong solution focus and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
- Effective Communication Skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
