Job Description:

Position: HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2 – 3 Year

Industries: Medical Devices

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for production, quality, warehouse, engineering, and corporate roles.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment status updates.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Support audits (ISO 13485, regulatory, and internal audits) by maintaining HR documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs,



and compliance procedures.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
