Job Summary

We are looking for a Public Relations Assistant Manager / Manager with 4–7 years of experience in a PR agency or integrated communications setting. The ideal candidate will independently manage client accounts, execute PR strategies, build strong media relationships, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day PR activities for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and execute PR strategies under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Lead media outreach, pitching, and relationship management.
- Draft and review press releases, media pitches, bylines, and communication materials.
- Coordinate with digital, social media, creative, and strategy teams for integrated campaigns.
- Supervise, mentor, and support PR Executives and junior team members.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare campaign reports and insights.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and status updates.
- Support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.

- Contribute to new business pitches and proposal development.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in a PR agency or integrated communications environment.
- Strong experience in media relations, client servicing, and campaign execution.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines independently.
- Good understanding of integrated marketing and digital PR.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and AI productivity tools.
- Willingness to work from the office
