Job Description – NR Team Leader (Banking)

Position: NR Team Leader

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Day Shift)

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working

Weekly Off: Alternate Saturday Off & Sunday Fixed Off

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NR Team Leader to lead and manage a sales team within the banking division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of banking sales executives.
- Achieve team sales targets and ensure business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.




- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Drive productivity and maintain high service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3+ years of Team Leader experience in the Banking domain.
- Experience in team handling and team management is mandatory.
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance effectively.
