Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saharanpur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market reach. The Business Development Manager collaborates with internal teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities, tracks performance against targets, and reports on market trends and competitor activities. This role also requires regular follow-up with clients, participation in networking events,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools.
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Comfort with using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to track performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
