This is a cold-calling role at its core, and we mean calling done well.
You'll study the client's product, learn their ideal customer profiles, and research each prospect before you pick up the phone. The goal of every call is a real connection that earns a meeting, not a pitch sprayed at whoever answers. If you treat the phone as a research-led conversation rather than a numbers game, you'll do well here.

Researching accounts and prospects before every outreach touch
Writing B2B messaging for outreach campaigns
Reaching prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email with personalized outreach
Working alongside the client's sales and marketing teams
Joining weekly client calls

At least 1 year in B2B sales or business development, with real cold-calling experience
A track record of selling B2B and a feel for what moves a buyer
Strong spoken and written English
A genuine talent for building rapport with different kinds of people
Fixed 9am to 5pm shift. Mon to Fri working.
