Role Description The Language Trainer role is an on-site position based in Mumbai. The Language Trainer will design and deliver corporate language training programs tailored to the needs of different learner groups, including domain-specific terminology and business communication scenarios. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classroom or small-group sessions, assessing learner progress through tests and assignments,



and providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. The role also involves introducing target culture, business etiquette, and real-world communication practices, while coordinating with internal teams to align training schedules and content with client requirements. The trainer is expected to maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and reports, and contribute to the enhancement of training methodologies and curricula.

Qualifications

- solid language teaching and training skills, including lesson planning, curriculum development, and learner assessment.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse learner groups and facilitating interactive sessions.
- skills in cultural awareness and business communication etiquette in at least one foreign language relevant to corporate clients.
- classroom management and organizational skills to handle schedules, documentation, and reporting effectively.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, along with language teaching certifications (would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in corporate language training would be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, adapt to client-specific requirements, and use basic digital tools for training content and assessments is expected.
