Role Description This is a full-time, in office Ticketing Executive role based in Gole Market. The Ticketing Executive will handle daily ticket bookings, ticket issuance, rescheduling, and cancellations across various platforms, ensuring that all reservations are accurate and timely. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers to understand travel needs, providing fare options, and confirming itineraries while maintaining clear communication and professional conduct. The role also involves maintaining records of bookings, managing travel documentation, and resolving ticket-related queries or issues.



The Ticketing Executive will collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple bookings, schedules, and documentation accurately.
Basic proficiency with computer systems, Amadeus, and office applications used for reservations and record-keeping.

Prior experience in ticketing, travel, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
