Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within the assigned territory, including managing key accounts, meeting with healthcare providers, and promoting Aadhya Healthcare’s products and services. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance against targets, and preparing regular sales reports. The Area Sales Manager will lead and support the local sales team, conduct product presentations, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.



Collaboration with internal teams for pricing, inventory, and customer support, as well as participation in local marketing events, is expected to drive territory growth.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a territory or area management role.
- Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and customer engagement with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Competence in preparing reports, using CRM or sales tracking tools, and working with MS Office applications.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product perks clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members and coordinating field activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas as required, and to work on-site with customers and team members.
