Pelazzio Reception Venue, one of Houston, Texas' premier event venues, is looking for a smart, organized, and energetic Remote Admin Assistant to support our U.S.-based Event Coordinators and Sales Team.

What You'll Do Support Event Coordinators with administrative tasks and client communication.
Manage data entry and updates in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with vendors and staff through email, chat, and phone.
Schedule meetings and assist with follow-ups.
Conduct initial screening interviews for vendors and staff.
Organize event-related documents and maintain accurate records.
Work with Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, Telegram, and ChatGPT.
What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Customer Support, HR, or a similar role.




Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and online business tools.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop with a webcam.
Availability to work 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM IST (may change based on business requirements).
