- "Job Description – Senior Qlik Developer / Technical Lead Experience: 6–8 Years Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Qlik Developer / Technical Lead with 6–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise BI solutions using Qlik Sense Enterprise/Qlik Cloud. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience, exposure to Power BI, and an understanding of BI modernization and AI-driven analytics. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and support of Qlik Sense/Qlik Cloud applications. Develop data models, Qlik scripts, dashboards, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable BI solutions. Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions. Work with SQL/Snowflake data sources and support production releases. Participate in Qlik to Power BI migration and BI modernization initiatives. Explore AI-powered analytics and conversational BI capabilities. Required Skills 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense Enterprise/Qlik Cloud. Robust expertise in Qlik scripting, data modeling,



Set Analysis, Section Access, and performance tuning. Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms. Experience leading teams and working with business stakeholders. Good understanding of Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX. Experience in Qlik to Power BI migration projects. Exposure to AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake Cortex, Microsoft Copilot, or Conversational BI. Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field."
