- Minimizing the unreconciled entries by permanently fixing the gaps

- Accurate and timely release of management MIS

- System and process automation

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

- BCOM/MCOM from regular college or/and

- PG Diploma in Management/MBA or/and

- ICWAI Inter

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;

- Candidate should have minimum experience of more than 3 years in Collection BRS (Bank Reconciliation) in a

reputed Insurance Company

- Understanding of the overall premium collection process in an Insurance Company

- Should have an experience in managing huge volume

- Should have positive analytical skills

- Hands on experience in month end closing activities

- Experience in publishing management MIS

- Should be having good inter personal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders

- Should have excellent knowledge of accounting and policy admin systems

- Should be technically sound to manage system enhancements and defects seamle
