Description
As a Trainee/Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Bancassurance team, working closely with assigned bank branches to drive insurance sales and build strong relationships. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling insurance products through the bank channel, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with designated bank branches to generate insurance business.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Promote and sell insurance products effectively through the bank channel.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct customer meetings and provide support throughout the policy issuance process.
- Achieve assigned business targets and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with bank officials for business development initiatives and customer engagement activities.




- Stay updated with insurance products and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of insurance sales and customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Any graduate with a strong interest in the insurance industry and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and engaging with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with bank staff and adapt to their processes.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail for managing sales and customer data.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or similar software for documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and develop insurance product knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to sales and relationship management.
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts and regulations is preferred but not mandatory.
