Job Description:

Position: Production Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2 – 3 Year

Industries: Medical Devices

Responsibilities:

- Execute daily production activities as per the production plan to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to approved SOPs, GMP, and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to achieve production efficiency.
- Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, and daily production reports.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Stores, and Maintenance departments for smooth production operations.
- Monitor line performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations on the production floor.
- Verify availability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials before production.
- Identify process improvements to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and optimize production costs.




- Train and guide operators on production procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Support validation activities, internal audits, and regulatory inspections by maintaining proper documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of materials and finished medical devices

Required Skills:

- Production Planning & Execution

- Process Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Lean Manufacturing / 5S (Preferred)
- ERP/MRP Software Knowledge
- MS Excel & Production Reporting
- Team Handling & Coordination
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
- Robust Communication & Time Management

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
