Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Responsibilities

- Assist in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction support activities.

- Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify business trends and potential acquisition targets.

- Support preparation of pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and investment teasers.

- Analyze company financial statements, business performance, and key operational metrics.

- Assist in due diligence reviews by collating, organizing, and analyzing financial and business information.

- Prepare industry reports,



benchmarking studies, and market intelligence presentations.

- Support transaction execution, stakeholder coordination, and management of deal documentation.

- Monitor M&A; market activity, capital market developments, and investment opportunities.

- Maintain financial databases, research repositories, and project trackers.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders during live transactions.
