Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of our luxury resort development.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur.

Responsibilities

- Lead architectural planning, concept development, and detailed design.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution aligns with design intent.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations,



and quality standards.
- Contribute innovative design solutions that enhance the guest experience

Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience in architecture.
- Experience in hospitality, resort, or luxury residential projects preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D visualization tools.
- Solid knowledge of architectural detailing, construction practices, and project coordination.
- Excellent design, planning, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Preferred

- Candidates currently based in Udaipur.
- Experience working on luxury hospitality developments.
