Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Dwarka, Delhi, India

Salary: 2.4-4.2 LPA + Incentives up to 50L

Experience: 0-3 Years

Responsibilities:

- Effective Communication: Utilize strong communication skills in Hindi and English to sell villas, apartments, and plots.
- Market Expertise: Develop and leverage a deep understanding of real estate markets and geography.
- Sales Activities:
- Engage with clients daily to promote and sell real estate products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
- Maintain CRM systems accurately.
- Schedule 6-8 site visits weekly.
- Make outbound calls

Qualifications:

- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Hindi and English.
- Market Knowledge:



Robust understanding of real estate market is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to contact clients regularly, follow up diligently, and manage CRM systems effectively.
- Qualification:- Grad /Post Grad
