Overview:

The primary focus for this position is to function as a compliance with customer services domain. The incumbent will monitor responses to assess agents demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.

Qualification / Experience:

- Graduate
- Aggregate scorecard for the last 06 months shouldn’t be less than “B Grade”
- Should not be on PIP
- MS Office and good Reporting Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Teamwork, Discipline, and Time Management
