What you'll do Design social media content (reel covers, carousels, stories, posts, brand creatives)
Create visual identities, logos, and branding assets when required
Translate client briefs into thoughtful, high-quality creative work
Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and editors throughout the creative process
Contribute ideas and creative direction—not just execution




Maintain strong visual consistency across multiple brands

What we're looking for Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, composition, and branding
Excellent taste and a clean, up-to-date design aesthetic
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools
Understanding of Instagram-first design and social content formats
Someone who communicates ideas, asks questions, and enjoys collaborating
Reliable with timelines and obsessive about quality
A genuine desire to learn, grow, and become a better creative—not just a better designer
