Position: Channel Partnership – HRMS

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Role Summary:
Join a growing software company offering Bharat Payroll, a cloud-based HRMS & Payroll solution. The role involves onboarding and managing channel partners, providing product training, supporting the sales cycle, and driving revenue through partner networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard channel partners.
- Conduct HRMS product demos and training.
- Support partners from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build solid partner relationships and drive sales.
- Track partner performance and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.
- Organize partner engagement programs and webinars.
Required Skills:
- Experience in B2B/Channel Sales or SaaS/HRMS sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS/SaaS solutions.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Target-driven and relationship-focused.
