Job Description:
This is core FP&A; & Reporting role responsible for business performance monitoring, management reporting. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, robust financial controls, and meaningful business insights.

Reports To - CFO

- Prepare and monitor weekly, fortnightly, and monthly business control reports.

- Track actual performance vs budget/forecast and highlight key variances.

- Develop MIS dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.

- Drive continuous improvement and automation in reporting processes.

- Support quarterly and annual financial closures in coordination with the accounting team.

- Prepare board-level materials, including:

- Audit Committee Meeting (ACM) decks

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness,



and consistency of financial data presented to leadership.

- Manage the company’s insurance portfolio, including renewals and coverage optimization.

- Handle insurance claims process, ensuring timely submission and closure.

- Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies

- Lead and coordinate credit rating exercises with agencies.

- Prepare required data packs and ensure timely submissions.

- Act as a point of contact for external financial stakeholders

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry analysis.

Track competitor performance, market trends, and strategic developments.

- Provide insights to support business planning and strategic decisions
