Job Title: Coupa Consultant (Certified)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Coupa Certified Professional with 6 8 years of overall industry experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Coupa. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered a minimum of two Coupa implementation/rollout projects in the capacity of a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect. The role requires expertise in Coupa solution design, implementation, production support, stakeholder management, and ITIL-based support processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in end-to-end Coupa implementation and global rollout projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Coupa solutions.
- Configure and implement Coupa modules in alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Act as a Functional Consultant/Solution Architect to design, validate, and deploy Coupa solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide production support, issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution following ITIL processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and user documentation.
- Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer sessions,



and post-go-live support.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and solution quality standards.

Essential Skills

- Coupa Certified Professional.
- 6 8 years of overall IT/industry experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Coupa technology.
- Experience working on at least two Coupa implementation/rollout projects as a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Strong knowledge of Coupa configuration and business processes.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL framework and support processes related to Coupa.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.

Desirable Skills

- Experience in global or multi-country Coupa implementations.
- Knowledge of procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes.
- Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to reporting, analytics, and Coupa best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Valid Coupa Certification.
