Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive testing strategies, leveraging automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes across projects. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the transformation towards a more streamlined and effective testing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to enhance efficiency and quality.




- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to robotic process automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing approaches.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
