Role Overview We are hiring an cutting-edge Textile Designer to develop original print designs, weave structures, and surface treatments for our ethnic and western apparel ranges. Print & Pattern Design: Create original print concepts (digital, screen, block, placement prints, and continuous repeats) tailored for seasonal storylines.
* Manage color lab dips, print strike-offs, and woven swatches to guarantee color accuracy and production standards.
* Vendor & Mill Collaboration: Work directly with textile mills, digital print houses, and artisan clusters to translate designs into scalable commercial fabrics.
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Design (NIFT/NID preferred).
* 2–5 years of hands-on experience in print and weave development for women's apparel.
* Expert knowledge of textile chemistry, printing techniques (digital, screen, rotary), and fabric compositions.
* Advanced skills in CAD software, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
