Role - Regional Sales Manager Experience Required - 7-8 Years
The Regional Manager - Sales owns the performance of a cluster of upGrad offline Learning Centres end to end : sales, P&L;, franchise partnerships, and on-ground execution. This is a high ownership role: you will lead centre teams to hit enrolment targets, work closely with Content, Instructors and Placements to enhance the student experience, and be the face of upGrad to our Franchise Partners in the region. If you enjoy building a business on the ground, leading people, and are comfortable travelling to where the action is, this role is built for you.

Own sales performance and drive enrolments across the cluster of centres allocated to you.
Build, lead and motivate a regional sales team to consistently deliver on targets.
Partner with Content and Instructor teams to ensure high-quality student delivery, and that instructors are well enabled to teach.
Own and nurture Franchise Partner relationships,



operate with full transparency and be the trusted point of contact on the ground.
Drive regional outreach, build local partnerships and tie-ups that create recent business pipelines.
Scale existing offline centres and identify opportunities for new business channels and regional expansion.
Drive strong CRM discipline and cross-functional team engagement

A track record of owning sales targets and/or a regional P&L.;
Prior experience in the education sector, or a comparable services/retail business with a similar on-ground, multi-centre structure, is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, proven comfort working with franchise partners, cross-functional teams, and central functions.
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively across the region.
