Job Descriptions Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Method Development and Validation: Develop, validate, and implement new analytical methods for pesticide and antibiotic testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure the quality of analytical results, implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain laboratory accreditation.

Client Communication: Communicate technical information to clients,



including report results, method development, and analytical issues.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure productive workflow, meet deadlines, and manage workload.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including ISO/IEC 17025.

Qualification & Experience : B.

Sc with 6-10 years of experience in food testing vertical.
