Company Description Pash Crafts is an interior design and build studio that delivers end-to-end solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. The studio focuses on creating environments that are both functional and aesthetically refined, tailored to each client's needs and lifestyle.

Projects range from full-scale design and build to detailed interior interventions, ensuring cohesive and well-executed spaces. Team members collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to bring design concepts to life with attention to detail and quality.

Role Description The Architect will work in Coimbatore in a full-time capacity, leading and supporting design projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visuals, coordinating with the interior design team, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and project constraints.

The role involves site visits, measurement and documentation, and close collaboration with contractors and vendors to ensure design intent and quality are maintained. The Architect will also help manage project timelines, participate in client presentations,



and support material selection and detailing to deliver well-resolved spaces.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, scheduling, and overseeing project progress on-site.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills where applicable, such as proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar) and integrating workflows across different platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong visual and communication skills, including the ability to present design ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional experience in interior-focused or design-and-build projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices, particularly within the Coimbatore region or similar contexts.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under project deadlines.
