Hiring: Customer Service Executive | Nuvo Aeon Diamond & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. | Remote

Nuvo Aeon Diamond & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our customers across chat and email. This is a fully remote, night-shift position.

Role Overview

The Customer Service Executive will handle customer queries, guide customers through their purchase journey, and support conversions through consultative, pressure-free assistance — there are no hardcore sales targets in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via chat and email promptly, accurately, and professionally
- Resolve customer doubts related to products, orders, shipping, returns, and policies
- Guide purchase decisions through soft, consultative selling when customers reach out with queries




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues where required

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in e-commerce customer support (mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis, including weekends
- Customer-first attitude with the ability to handle queries patiently and empathetically
- Experience in the jewellery or diamond industry will be an added advantage
