Job Purpose:

The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the BPTP Clubs. The role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience, assisting walk-in clients, and providing seamless support to the Clubs team to enhance customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet customers at the Club in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper documentation as per company process.
- Ensure the Club ambience, hygiene, and overall presentation meet brand standards.
- Handle customer concerns or queries with empathy and escalate when required.
- Support the sales team during events, site visits, and promotional activities at the club.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Min. 1 year Experience in Guest Relations role in Hospitality.




- Excellent communication skills with solid customer-handling abilities.
- Presentable personality with a high level of professionalism and grooming standards.
- Experience in delivering premium/luxury customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
