Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day proposal production workflows and coordinate project priorities.
Oversee proposal assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Monitor work pipelines, team bandwidth, and resource utilization.
Review proposal content for quality, consistency, compliance, and brand standards.
Maintain project trackers, workload reports, and operational dashboards.
Drive continuous process improvements and workflow optimization.
Mentor team members and provide operational guidance.




Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support proposal and pursuit activities.
