About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager – Oracle Cloud ERP Testing Implementation to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP testing and automation projects using Opkey's AI-powered test automation platform. This role is responsible for managing customer implementations from project kickoff through automation enablement, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and customer transition.
You will work closely with customer stakeholders, Oracle functional teams, Solution Architects, Automation Engineers, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation of scalable, automated testing solutions that accelerate Oracle Cloud adoption and quarterly release readiness.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP testing and automation projects using Opkey.
Define project scope, implementation plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and communication plans.
Conduct project kickoff meetings, discovery workshops, and requirement gathering sessions focused on Oracle business processes and testing objectives.
Coordinate with customer functional SMEs and Oracle implementation partners to identify critical business processes and testing priorities.
Drive test strategy, test planning, regression suite design, automation roadmap, and release readiness activities.
Manage implementation of automated test suites for Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Projects, or cross-functional business processes.
Monitor project health through RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, executive reviews, and governance meetings.




Ensure timely delivery of automation assets while maintaining quality, scope, and customer expectations.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quarterly Oracle release certification, production validation, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
Manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and customer escalations proactively.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Facilitate knowledge transfer, customer enablement, and transition to self-managed or managed testing services after implementation.
Mentor implementation teams and drive continuous process improvements across delivery practices.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years managing Oracle Cloud ERP testing, QA, or implementation projects.
Experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP testing programs across Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, or other Oracle Cloud modules.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud business processes, testing lifecycle, quarterly release management, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects in customer-facing environments.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud release cycles, patch validation, and test automation best practices.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, planning, and risk management skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer implementations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP testing automation platforms such as Opkey, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, Selenium, or similar solutions.
Oracle Cloud Functional certifications in Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Project Management certification.
Experience managing Oracle quarterly update testing programs (24A, 24B, 25A, etc.).
Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or Customer Success delivery engagements.
Knowledge of AI-driven testing, risk-based testing, and test optimization methodologies.
