About the Role :

ReloNXT is looking for a Japanese Desk Executive to support our Global Mobility team by working closely with Global Japanese Clients, Japanese expatriates, and multinational organizations.

If you are passionate about the Japanese language, international business, and client relationship management, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with Japanese expatriates and multinational organizations.

Support Global Japanese Clients throughout their mobility and relocation journey.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Assist with Global Mobility and Destination Services.

Support Visa & Immigration coordination.





Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless relocation services.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining skilled communication.

Requirements:

Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N4 / N3 Preferred)

Freshers or professionals with 0–1 year of experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Passion for working with Global Japanese Clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
