Role Description The Creative Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the visual and conceptual direction of The Artment’s brand. This role involves assisting in the creation of graphics and visual assets for online platforms, collaborating on branding and campaign concepts, and ensuring consistent artistic messaging across all channels. The Creative Associate will work closely with design, marketing, and content teams, contribute ideas for photoshoots and product presentations, and help maintain the brand’s aesthetic standards.



Daily tasks include brainstorming creative concepts, preparing design drafts, coordinating with stakeholders, and adapting visuals based on feedback and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative concepts.
- Graphics and Graphic Design skills for developing visual assets, layouts, and digital creatives.
- High level of creativity skills for conceptualizing artistic ideas, mood boards, and campaign themes.
- Branding experience to support brand identity, visual consistency, and storytelling across channels.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in design, art, or luxury/home décor industries is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
