- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to expand market presence and achieve organizational revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff; set clear sales targets, conduct performance reviews, and drive motivation.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build a solid pipeline of prospective clients, and manage complex negotiations to close key deals.
