Job Description: Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and review calibration and preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution and accurate documentation.

- Prepare, maintain, and update master lists, calibration records, and maintenance documentation while ensuring schedule compliance.

- Manage instrumentation spare parts and material inventory, maintaining optimum stock levels for uninterrupted plant operations.

- Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities, verify service reports, and ensure proper documentation and vendor compliance.

- Plan and support shutdown, preventive, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and improve reliability.





- Ensure timely closure of deviations through CAPA implementation using QC tools while maintaining ISO, audit, and statutory compliance.

- Review shift logbooks, maintenance work orders, and permit-to-work documentation for effective maintenance planning and execution.

- Ensure availability, calibration, and traceability of master calibrators and standard instruments.

- Maintain DCS interlock, alarm management, and instrumentation documentation to ensure secure and reliable plant operations.

- Promote a strong safety culture by implementing BBSI practices and ensuring adherence to all HSE policies and procedures.
