- Plan, organize, and direct plant operations to achieve production targets and quality standards.

- Supervise and coordinate activities of production staff, maintenance personnel, and quality control teams.

- Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, machinery, and equipment.

- Implement efficient production processes and workflows.

- Monitor and control production costs, waste reduction, and energy consumption.

Quality Control and Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards.

- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.

- Identify and address quality issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry certifications.

Safety, Health, and Setting:





- Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
