Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal with a strong science background to support the Principal in managing academic operations, staff coordination, student discipline, and overall school administration. The candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for academic excellence and student development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Principal in overall school administration and daily operations.
- Supervise academic planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom management.
- Monitor teaching standards and ensure quality education delivery.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management regarding student performance and school activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment within the school premises.
- Conduct teacher evaluations, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Support in organizing examinations, practicals, events, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with education board guidelines and school policies.
- Handle student counseling and resolve academic or behavioral concerns.
- Prepare academic reports, schedules,



timetables, and documentation.
- Promote innovative teaching methods, especially in science education.
- Assist in admissions, staff recruitment, and school development initiatives.
