Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Fabrication Engineers to lead and manage fabrication operations involving sheet metal, welding, and surface treatment processes. The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background, hands-on shop floor experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Nesting software, and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage operations of the Fabrication Shop, including subcontractors

- Ensure adherence to production plans and timelines (daily/weekly/monthly targets)

- Supervise sheet metal fabrication processes: laser cutting, press brake, rolling, polishing, auto welding

- Oversee painting, powder coating,



shot blasting/sandblasting operations

- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, PPC, Assembly, Quality, and Stores

- Maintain process discipline and in-process quality checks

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop team capability

- Use CAD/CAM tools for nesting and layout optimization

- Work in alignment with SAP/SAP B1 for material and production tracking

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise in sheet metal and fabrication processes

- Hands-on experience in Trumpf machines, AutoCAD, and nesting software

- Familiarity with painting and coating techniques

- Working knowledge of SAP / SAP Business One

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
