Profile Focus will be on Plant Quality Control & Assurance.

A quality manager's responsibilities include:





- Setting standards Create and establish quality standards, procedures, and specifications for the company.
- Ensuring compliance Make sure that the company's products and processes meet national, international, and safety standards.
- Monitoring quality Inspect and test products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Improving quality Identify areas of weakness, investigate quality issues, and propose solutions.

- Managing quality control Train and manage quality control technicians, and provide training and tools to others.

- Reporting Collect data and generate reports on quality, including performance reports for stakeholders.

- Collaborating Work with purchasing staff and external suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

- Planning Create production plans for new products, and schedule project plans with the project team.

- Educating Continue education on current quality control techniques.

Quality managers often need to have knowledge of a company's processes, protocols, and functions, as well as computer and software literacy.
