Job Description:

√ Person should have experience in Batch process for Agrochemical/ Chemical/ API industry.

√ Able to manage team of 8-10 officers and 40-50 plant operators.

√ Should have valuable communication skills written and verbal to coordinate with mechanical , Electrical & Instrument maintenance team for smooth operation of plant equipment’s.

√ Having clear understanding of chemical process safety hazards, their mitigation plan , HAZOP & PSSR study for new process and plant modifications.

√ Process Trouble shooting in batch process as per requirement

√ Able to identify bottleneck in achieving production capacity and provide solutions to debottleneck.

√ Planning and timely management of raw materials , coordination with warehouse and purchase department.

√ Knowledge of SAP system

√ Preparation of daily , weekly and monthly production reports with consumption norms.

√ Adequate utilization of people with their skills during plant shut down and product changeover.

√ Training and development of subordinates , keen to enhance and upgrade their skills

√ Interest in self-development , self-motivated and able to adjust in new plant .
