Job Description:

CAD MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage the CAD team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality 3D models and
renderings.
 Review and approve CAD files for design accuracy and production feasibility.
 Coordinate with the design, merchandising, and manufacturing teams to convert creative
concepts into 3D prototypes.
 Implement and enforce CAD standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
 Provide training and mentorship to junior CAD designers.
 Collaborate with PD and production units to test and improve model designs for optimal
casting and finishing results.

Requirements:
 Diploma/Degree in Jewelry Design, CAD Design, or related field.
 10 years plus experience in CAD designing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or
team lead role.
 Proficiency in software such as Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush, or similar jewelry CAD programs.
 Robust understanding of jewelry manufacturing techniques, casting, and assembly
processes.
 Excellent organizational, leadership skills.
 Eye for detail and passion for innovation in jewelry design.
