Job Description:

Experience: 8+ years
Job Brief: To take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within
budget and within scope.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Be involved in preparing Project plan, breaking down Project into milestones, manage scrums, allocate tasks to
the team members, track status on timely basis.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification
techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as
needed
• Should be able to coordinate with various teams involved in complete SDLC
• Handle a team of Developers, Testers and Designer, verify the accuracy of the work done by the team.
• Driving the project and facing/solving problems which come in between the project implementation phase and
coming up with solutions for those problems.
• Timely delivery is critical, should be able to convince team members to accommodate working schedule in order
to meet the agreed timelines.
• Successfully manage the relationships with the client and all stakeholders.



Perform risk management to minimize
project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/ vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project
documentation

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Should have worked on Fintech projects (LOS/LMS)
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Should understand product development cycle, front end and back-end technologies
• Organized and Process oriented
• Have a sound knowledge about scalable database technologies like relational database
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
like Tableau. Hands on experience on Microsoft SSRS will be a plus.
• Good experience in writing SQL queries
• Excellent knowledge in generating process documentation
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Keen to learn about current technologies and business innovations across industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
