Job Description:

Position: Artwork Executive (NPD)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 3 - 5 YEARS

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:

- Analyze product specifications and finalize artwork for components and packing materials.

- Provide key line dimensions and suggest iterations in artwork development process.
- Evaluate and Proofread the quality of color, print, text content and troubleshoots variances.
- Evaluate the label designs for tester labels, bar code, base labels and rework labels.
- Adhere to packaging and labelling regulations and global compliances.
- Obtain approval from R&D; / quality and document project summary, master samples with accuracy.
- Support Artwork Development teams to the development of creative concept and finalizing design for all panels within the category portfolio
- Support artwork concept teams, direction, artwork coordination and timing to ensure quality and timely production of final artwork
- Creation and optimization of the overall artwork process from design phase to commercial print process
- Coordinate packaging artwork and die line template files with design team, customers, prepress, printers and other outside agencies
- Prepare necessary documents to route, track, review, release packaging artwork files to align with project timelines and customer requirements




- Working with pre-press vendor and printers to ensure accurate and timely creation of artwork.
- Planning and attending Proofs print runs as per the demand
- Writing effective creative briefs and print specs that reflect client goals, printing requirements, scheduling, and with the allotted budget.
- Communicating the design requirements to vendors.
- Creating and managing print production schedules
- Colour separations for tube and body spray artworks
- Mock-up making for recent generating products to achieve 90 to 95% colour, finishes and printing match as final product
- Exposure in personal care products & cosmetics would be a benefit.
- Exposure in packaging development.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge in colour, print, text proofing for personal care and cosmetics.

- English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Attention for detail
- Team player
- Knowledge in Adobe illustrator, coral draw, photo shop will be an added advantage.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
