Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTION

Responsibility:
 Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
 Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
 Oversee and Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
 Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met.
 Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
 Check production output according to specifications.
 Submit reports on performance and progress of labours.
 Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
 Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
 Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
 Count production at the end of the shift and keep records as following.
 Generate and submit production documentation such as Production Reports,
Process Parameters, Batch Cards, Rejection Analysis, CAPA, CIP's, SOP's, Work
Instructions, Mixing reports, Memo slip, Issue Slip, return notes, WIP Stocks,
Monthly Stocks etc...
 Transfer products and other objects to and from the worksite on occasion.
 Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
 Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and
implement improvements.




 Changes of dies and start up machineries with in time based on single minute die
exchange.
 Organise plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of
production time.
 Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process
improvement activities.
 Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
 Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
 Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure
smooth workflow with maximum output.
 Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
 Assertive, resilient and welcomes change and Engages interest and participation of
others and has a team-oriented approach to working together.
 Attend daily departments meetings, training sessions organised by superiors and HR
admin departments on time.
