About Role.
We are seeking a UX Designer who advocates for our users throughout the
entire product management cycle. From understanding the context and
framing the problem to delivering effective solutions, you will conduct
research to identify customer issues, collaborate with the business to
understand their needs, Present design work in UX review sessions and
broader stakeholder presentations, taking constructive feedback and
applying that to further design iterations.

You Will Be:

• Designing and delivering intuitive and engaging user experiences
across our digital products, ensuring a seamless interaction for our
customers.
• Understand goals, business requirements, constraints and user needs
to help define opportunity areas and experience requirements
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and analysing user
feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user
experience.
• Creating user persona, user journey, and information architecture to
show how a product acts and functions work for users.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, BA’s, developers, UX
team and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into
user-friendly interfaces.
• Creating wireframes,



prototypes, and visual designs that align with our
design system and meet user needs. furthermore, capable of quickly
generating results
• Ensuring that all design elements adhere to best practices in UI/UX
design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

• Continuously iterating on designs based on user testing, analytics, and
feedback to improve the user journey.
• Staying up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a
related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product design with a robust portfolio
showcasing your expertise in designing user-centric experiences,
including websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and
collaborative tool like Miro.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and
accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to
work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Experience with user research methods, including surveys, interviews,
and usability testing.
• Good time management skills and the tenacity to get the job done
under tight timelines.

to continuous learning and improvement.
