Job Description:

Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - Purchase

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:

- To oversee and ensure the timely delivery of all equipment and materials to the plant location.
- To monitor excess inventory levels before initiating recent purchase requests to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- To release defect-free purchase orders, share them with suppliers and ensure all purchase segments meet delivery requirements.
- To monitor stock levels against the production plan for all materials and arrange timely deliveries to meet production schedules.
- To review, monitor, and execute pending purchase requests with an actionable plan to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- To float inquiries, arrange offers from suppliers, and manage the supplier selection process.
- To take the approval from purchase head, user head and plant head before purchase.
- To check purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before sending them to suppliers.




- To monitor pending purchase orders and organize their execution to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment.
- To arrange transportation of materials from vendors to the company.
- Ensure on time delivery of the material which indicates effective coordination and timely procurement processes.
- Ensures smooth supplier transactions and compliance with delivery requirements.
- Ensure short time for order fulfillment reflect streamlined processes and quick decision-making.
- Ensure high compliance rates and positive supplier feedbac
