JD of Export Documentation

We need to hire a person who has knowledge in preparing export documents.

Designation: Export Documents Executive

Experience: 2 years minimum

Qualification: Masters/Diploma in Foreign Trade

Previous Job: Preferred if worked in food & beverage or pharmaceutical industry

Job Profile:

- Should be able to prepare pre and post shipment documents like commercial invoice, packing list, marine insurance, and others as per our sales contract

- Should be able to apply for Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Health Certificate by Export Inspection Agency, and various other certificates for food industry

- Must be able to check draft of shipping documents and coordinate with CHA and Forwarders before sending final documents to the customer

- We prefer if applicant has experience in applying for Duty Draw Back with customs department through CHA

- Must have knowledge to submit original documents to bank against either L/C, DAP, CAD, etc shipment mode

- We prefer if candidate can prepare FPS application and apply to DGFT through CHA

- We prefer if candidate has knowledge to apply for BRC in bank and check/upload on DGFT website

Salary Approx. –Rs22000/ to-28000/PM
